A large number of in-depth research studies have been conducted to discover how people process, learn, and retain information. To go deeper, one study describes learning style as the “complex manner in which, and conditions under which, learners most efficiently and most effectively perceive, process, store, and recall what they are attempting to learn.” Understanding how we learn is of paramount importance when it comes to training your employees to perform at the best of their ability. The learning styles of your employees should inform the medium through which you train them.
